Sunshine Station is coming this winter!
We have found the dream location and are currently looking for investments. The minimum amount is $100, and additional perks start at $500+
We have met with multiple financial and business advisors to get to this point and are truly setting ourselves up for success by using the investment platform, Mainvest. This essentially takes Wall Street out of our pocket book and pays back you, our community, based on a percentage of our revenue. Investors will actually earn 1.4-1.5x back on their investment! If we do not reach our investment minimum, you will get refunded!

We are excited to build a village for our community severely lacking in resources for families, especially work from home and stay at home parents.
We are ready to fill this void by offering an upscale coffee house —with a drive thru— combined with a modern play cafe.
We will offer connection nights for parents & moms who don't have outside childcare.
We will also offer space rentals, photography studio, and conference roomwhich is difficult to find in our area.
